1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Wiredin Events LLC website (wiredin.ae), the Scholaris platform (scholaris.health), and any other digital platform operated by Wiredin Events LLC ("Wiredin", "we", "us"), including this website. By accessing or using any of these platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platforms.
2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility
Our platforms are directed at healthcare professionals, event delegates, faculty, sponsors, and business contacts acting in a professional capacity. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use our platforms independently.
4. Use of the Platforms
You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes connected to event registration, CME/CPD learning, or professional engagement with Wiredin. You must not:
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your professional credentials, license, or affiliation, including to obtain CME/CPD credit.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or interfere with platform operation.
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data other than your own account data.
- Infringe intellectual property rights of Wiredin or any third party.
- Use the platforms unlawfully or in violation of applicable healthcare or promotional-conduct regulations.
5. Accounts
Where an account is required (for example, Scholaris), you are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our platforms, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to Wiredin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as reasonably necessary to complete a CME course for your own professional record.
7. CME/CPD Content
Course completion, assessment results, and certificates issued through Scholaris reflect your own performance. Certificates are issued subject to the requirements of the relevant accrediting authority and may be revoked if obtained through misrepresentation.
8. Third-Party Links and Sponsor Content
Our platforms may include links to third-party websites or sponsor-provided content. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or privacy practices of third parties.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by the Wiredin Privacy Statement, available on our website, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
Our platforms and content are provided "as is" and "as available." Educational content is intended to supplement, not replace, independent professional medical judgment. Wiredin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation. Where a platform includes general health, disease, or condition information directed at healthcare professionals or the public, that content is provided for general educational purposes only, is not exhaustive, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or other healthcare provider. Such content is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide individualized medical advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Wiredin's liability arising from your use of our platforms is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any platform for breach of these Terms, misuse relating to CME/CPD accreditation, or as required by law or an accrediting authority.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date are published here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
