The 6th EHES Annual Conference explores the evolving dynamics between finance, policy and innovation in health economics under the theme Valley of Disruption: Crafting Health Economics Rules. It brings together leading stakeholders, decision-makers and experts from across the healthcare ecosystem to shape the future of health economics in the UAE and the wider region. The programme is designed for professionals across all aspects of health economics, with DHA-accredited CME.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission Deadline

Submission Guidelines
- Language: All abstracts must be written in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts where the English structure makes comprehension difficult.
- Format: Upload via the Online Abstract Submission portal in plain text format, limited to a maximum of 500 words.
- Author details: Include organisation, city, country, email, phone and mailing address, plus a 3-line author biography (not included in the word limit).
- Required headings: Background, Methods, Results and Discussion. Include evidence of ethical approval and funding acknowledgements, if any.
- Abstract submission will be acknowledged via email. If you do not receive an email within two (2) weeks of submission, or have any additional queries, please contact us at admin@ehes.ae.
Scientific Topics
- Open to the conference theme, Value Disruption: Crafting Health Economic Rules.
- Submissions must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s).
- Reports must be based on completed work. Studies described as "in progress" will not be accepted.
- Any established research design or method may be used.
Selection Criteria
Abstracts are evaluated through a blind review process and scored for selection as Oral or Poster/E-Poster presentations.

Terms and Conditions
- 1. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on abstract acceptance and scheduling, based on topics and time constraints.
- 2. The language of the Conference is English. All abstracts must be prepared using these submission guidelines.
- 3. Each presenter may submit a maximum of two abstracts.
- 4. Each abstract submission must indicate if the material was published or presented at any other conference, or if it received any awards.
- 5. All presenters must register to attend the Conference within a maximum of one (1) week of acceptance, and be present at the time of the Conference.
- 6. A certificate of appreciation will be given to all presenters to honour their presentation.
- 7. Presenters must not use the session as a marketing opportunity for products or equipment.
- 8. Conference registration charges will be waived for accepted poster presenters only (Main Author only). Payment for travel, accommodation or visa charges is not provided.
